• How much do I earn? Verified views × the campaign rate ÷ 1,000, minus the 10% platform fee. See How earnings are calculated.
• What is Viewzar's cut? 10% of earnings. See The platform fee.
• When do I get paid? Each day's earnings are released after a 15-day hold, then paid in the daily payout once your payable balance reaches ₹500. See Getting paid.
• How long does review take? The brand has 48 hours; no answer means approved. See How long review takes.
• How do I submit a reel? Click + Submit at the top right. See Submit a reel.
• Where are my submissions? My submissions, in the left menu. See Submission statuses.

• Can I use more than one Instagram account? Yes, as many as you run. See Register your Instagram accounts.
• Can I fix a mistake in a submission? Yes, for 24 hours or until the brand approves it. See Edit or delete a submission.

• What do I pay? Your rate per 1,000 verified views on reels you approve. See Fees and pricing.
• How do I add money? Online, or by payment link or bank transfer. See Add money to your wallet.
• Can I get unused money back? Yes, unspent own money within 30 days of a top-up. See Refunds.
• Do I choose the creators? No. Creators in your niches book the campaign; you approve each reel against your brief. See Approve or reject reels.
• What if views look fake? Raise a dispute while the earnings are in hold. See Dispute a reel.
