How billing works

In short

You pay only for verified views, after they happen. Save a card, UPI Autopay or a bank mandate once; each campaign is charged ₹2,000 at a time as verified views come in, plus GST, with a tax invoice for every charge. Nothing is paid up front.

There is no money to load up front. You save a payment method, run campaigns, and are charged in small steps as verified views arrive.

Save a payment method

Open Billing in the left menu and choose one:

  • Card: a credit or debit card. Up to ₹15,000 per charge, the limit the RBI allows without an OTP for each debit. ₹1 is charged once to confirm it.
  • UPI Autopay: approve once in your UPI app. Same ₹15,000 limit per charge. ₹1 is charged once to confirm it.
  • Bank account (eNACH): authorise a mandate with net banking. For bigger budgets: up to ₹10,00,000 per charge. Nothing is charged to set it up, and banks take a day or two to pay each charge.

A campaign cannot go live until a payment method is saved. Saving a new one replaces the old one.

When you are charged

  1. Creators post reels. We verify the views and the accounts behind them.
  2. Each campaign keeps a running total of verified-view spend at your rate.
  3. When it reaches ₹2,000, that amount is charged to your payment method, plus GST. Your bank sends you a notice first and pays a day or two later.
  4. What is left under the step is charged when the campaign ends and at month end.

The step grows as charges go through cleanly, up to what your payment method allows per charge. The Billing page shows your current step.

Invoices

Every charge gets a GST tax invoice with your company's legal name, address and GSTIN from your company profile. We email it, and every invoice is listed under Billing, Invoices to view or download as a PDF. Charges lists every charge and lets you pay one that failed.

If a charge fails

Your campaigns pause straight away and you get an email. Views counted while a campaign is paused are not billed and not paid. Pay the charge from the Billing page, or save another payment method, and the campaigns resume on their own. We also try the charge again after 3 days.

Disputes and credits

Earnings sit in a 15-day hold where you can dispute a reel. If a dispute is upheld, the amount comes off your next charge, or sits as a prepaid balance that your next verified views use up first. See Dispute a reel.
