The service

Viewzar is a marketplace where brands fund campaigns and pay for verified views on reels that creators post from their own Instagram accounts. The rules page is part of these terms.

Brand wallets

Wallet balances are prepaid and spent only on verified views. Withdrawal of unused balance is governed by the policy in force at the time (currently not offered). Invoices are issued for every top-up.

Creator payouts

Earnings are subject to the hold period, disputes, fraud review and the strike system. Payouts are made to the UPI ID or bank account you provide. Tax withholding, if any, follows applicable law.

Content and usage rights

Creators keep ownership of their reels. Brands receive no licence beyond the organic post unless a usage-rights deal is agreed on the platform, in which case the deal's term and fee apply.

Prohibited activity

Bought or bot views, fake accounts, stolen content, undisclosed paid content, and campaigns in prohibited categories. Violations lead to voided earnings, strikes or bans as described in the rules.

No wagering

Nothing on the platform is a bet, wager, prediction or real-money game.

Liability and disputes

Platform decisions on disputes and reviews are made in good faith on the evidence available and are final within the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
