Notifications
The bell at the top right shows your alerts, with the number unread. Important ones, such as payouts and decisions on your reels, are also sent by email.
Click the bell at the top right to see your alerts. The red number is how many are unread.
What you are told about
- Creators: decisions on your reels, booking reminders before they expire, view milestones, earnings released from hold, payouts sent or failed, disputes, strikes, tier changes and usage-rights requests.
- Brands: reels waiting for approval (also a daily email), budget alerts, budget used up, top-ups credited, reports ready, dispute outcomes, verification, credit added and refunds.
Important alerts are also sent by email, so keep your email up to date. See Change your email or mobile number.

Go to Sign in. Use your username, email or mobile number with your password, or choose "Code to mobile" to get a 6-digit code by SMS. Google sign-in is available where shown.
On the sign-in page click "Forgot password?", enter your username, email or mobile, and open the link we email you within an hour. If your account has no email, sign in with a code to your mobile instead.
Open the profile menu → My account → Change password. Enter your current password and the new one twice. If you signed up with your mobile only, the section is called Set a password and needs no current password.
Open the profile menu → My account, edit Username and save. Usernames are 3 to 30 characters of lowercase letters, numbers, dots and underscores, and must be unique on Viewzar.
