Use one account for both sides
One account can be both a creator and a brand. Add the other side from the profile menu → My account → Your sides of the marketplace, then switch between them with "Switch side" in the profile menu.
- Open the profile menu and choose My account.
- Under Your sides of the marketplace, add the side you do not have yet, and complete its setup.
- From then on, the profile menu shows Switch side. Use it to move between your creator and brand areas.
When you sign in, you choose which side to open. Your login, username and password are shared; money, campaigns and submissions are kept separately for each side.

Go to Sign in. Use your username, email or mobile number with your password, or choose "Code to mobile" to get a 6-digit code by SMS. Google sign-in is available where shown.
On the sign-in page click "Forgot password?", enter your username, email or mobile, and open the link we email you within an hour. If your account has no email, sign in with a code to your mobile instead.
Open the profile menu → My account → Change password. Enter your current password and the new one twice. If you signed up with your mobile only, the section is called Set a password and needs no current password.
Open the profile menu → My account, edit Username and save. Usernames are 3 to 30 characters of lowercase letters, numbers, dots and underscores, and must be unique on Viewzar.
