Add money to your walletOpen Wallet. Pay online by UPI, card or netbanking (₹1,000 minimum), or pay by payment link or bank transfer and click "Report payment" so we credit it. Every top-up gets an invoice. Campaigns run on prepaid money only.The launch offerWhile the launch offer runs, we add 50% on top of what you load, up to ₹5,000 per brand. For example, load ₹10,000 and get ₹5,000 extra. The extra is credit for campaign spend only and is never refunded or withdrawn.Wallet balances explainedThe Wallet shows four figures. Your money, available is free to put into campaigns. Matched credit is launch credit. Reserved + in hold is set aside for bookings or earned and waiting out the hold. Spent has been paid to creators.RefundsYou can get back unspent money you paid in, within 30 days of your last top-up. Request it on the Wallet page; it goes back the way you paid. Matched credit is never refunded, and money already earned by creators cannot come back.
