Wallet balances explained
The Wallet shows four figures. Your money, available is free to put into campaigns. Matched credit is launch credit. Reserved + in hold is set aside for bookings or earned and waiting out the hold. Spent has been paid to creators.
Open Wallet in the left menu.
The four figures
- Your money, available: your own money not yet committed to anything.
- Matched credit, available: launch-offer credit not yet used. See The launch offer.
- Reserved + in hold: money set aside for creators who booked your campaigns, plus money earned by creators that is waiting out the hold. Disputes can return it to you.
- Spent: earnings that have left the hold and been paid to creators.
Your Dashboard shows the same money in the same way.
Allocated versus available
Money you put into a live campaign's budget still sits in your wallet until views are verified. It counts as allocated, so you cannot put the same rupee into two campaigns, and it is not refundable while the campaign is live.
The ledger
Below the figures, every movement is listed: top-ups, credit, bookings, verified views, releases, refunds and dispute returns. Balances are always the sum of these entries; nothing is edited by hand.
More in Wallet & billing
Open Wallet. Pay online by UPI, card or netbanking (₹1,000 minimum), or pay by payment link or bank transfer and click "Report payment" so we credit it. Every top-up gets an invoice. Campaigns run on prepaid money only.
While the launch offer runs, we add 50% on top of what you load, up to ₹5,000 per brand. For example, load ₹10,000 and get ₹5,000 extra. The extra is credit for campaign spend only and is never refunded or withdrawn.
You can get back unspent money you paid in, within 30 days of your last top-up. Request it on the Wallet page; it goes back the way you paid. Matched credit is never refunded, and money already earned by creators cannot come back.
