What is Viewzar Shop, and how does it work for creators and brands?
Viewzar Shop lets product brands open a store on Viewzar and lets any creator build their own shop from those products, earning a commission on every unit sold through their own link or code. Brands set the commission per product, disclosed upfront, and pay only when a sale happens. Creators need no stock, no money and no follower minimum, and the brand ships every order.
On this page
Viewzar Shop is a commission-based shop for Indian creators and brands. Product brands open a store and set a commission on every product they list. Any creator can add those products to their own shop in one tap, share their own link and code, and earn that commission on every unit sold. The brand ships, the checkout is run for both sides, and the creator never touches stock.
The shop is launching very soon. Viewzar publishes this blog, so this page is its own plain description of how the shop works for brands, creators and buyers, and how it sits beside the pay-per-view campaigns it already runs.

How Viewzar Shop works, from listing to payout
The whole flow has eight steps, and each side only does its own part.
- A brand opens a store. It adds a store name, logo, banner and a short description, plus its return and replacement policy and its dispatch time, which appear on every product page.
- The store is checked. The team reviews business and GST details, a product sample and a test delivery before the store goes live. That check is why creators can put their name on a product without worrying who is behind it.
- The brand lists products and sets a commission. Each listing carries photos, a video, a description, price, MRP, sizes and colours, and stock. On every product the brand sets a per-unit commission for creators.
- Creators find the product. In the Products tab, creators browse every brand's store, search, filter by category, commission and price, and sort by highest commission. Each product card shows the commission in rupees and percent, for example "Earn ₹50 · 10%".
- A creator adds it in one tap. That instantly creates their own short link for the product (
viewzar.com/l/plus six characters) and their own code, made from the first letters of their username plus three characters, for example ARJUN-K7Q. - The creator makes content. The link goes in an Instagram bio, a story link sticker, WhatsApp, Telegram, a YouTube description or a DM. The code can be said aloud in a reel or written on screen.
- A buyer checks out and the brand ships. The buyer pays on the brand's own listing, tracks the order and can review it afterwards. A typed code wins over a link click, so a creator whose viewer lost the link still gets the sale.
- Commission is unlocked. It shows as Pending while the brand's return window is open, turns Unlocked once that window closes after delivery, and becomes Paid out when the creator withdraws it. A returned order earns no commission.
One product can sit in many creators' shops at once. Fifty creators can make videos about the same face serum, each with their own link and code, and each is paid only on the units they sell.
The brand pays for sales, the creator is paid for sales, and nobody pays for hope.
What a brand gets
A brand gets a store that looks like its own, with its logo, banner and policies, and an army of creators it never has to negotiate with.
Listings. Brands list products with photos, a video, a description, price, MRP, sizes and colours, and stock. A brand that already sells on Shopify can bring its products, prices and stock across, and its orders arrive in Shopify to ship the way it already does.
Commission it controls. The brand chooses the rate product by product, and it is disclosed upfront on the listing so creators know exactly what a sale is worth before they add it. Commissions of 10% to 30% are available on certain products. A brand can raise a product's commission at any time and the higher rate applies at once. A lower rate applies only to new orders, and only after advance notice to the creators who added that product.
Cost that follows sales. Take a hypothetical ₹1,299 cotton kurta at 15% commission, which is ₹194.85 a unit. If a dozen creators add it and between them sell 300 units in a month, the brand pays ₹58,455 in commission, every rupee of it out of a sale that happened. If they sell nothing, it pays nothing.
A dashboard built around creators. It shows orders, the creators promoting each product ranked by sales, units sold per product, returns, reviews, payouts and sales analytics, so a brand can see which creators and which products are pulling and lean into them. The full playbook is in how to get creators to sell your products on commission.
What a creator gets
A creator gets a ready-made catalogue, a shop of their own and a commission on every unit, with no stock, no money up front, no packing, no shipping and no customer service.
The Products tab. Every brand's store in one place, searchable, filterable by category, commission and price, and sortable by highest commission. There is no follower minimum and no application, and adding a product takes one tap.
A Shop tab on the creator's profile. Every creator's profile has a Shop tab showing their picks. They can pin up to three favourites, reorder, hide or remove products at any time, and give the shop a title and an intro line. A small line tells buyers the creator earns a commission on purchases from the shop. Commission figures are shown to creators, never to buyers. Setting one up well is covered in how to start your own online shop as a creator.
Money with no ceiling. Commission is paid on every unit sold through the creator's link or code, whether that is 5 units or 5,000. As a hypothetical example, a ₹999 product at 20% earns ₹199.80, call it about ₹200 a sale. A reel that sells 150 units earns about ₹30,000. A reel that sells three earns about ₹600. Results vary widely, which is the honest point of commission.
One earnings screen. It splits into Campaigns and Shop. Shop shows clicks, orders, sales, and commission as Pending, Unlocked and Paid out, and shop commission is withdrawn through the same payout flow as campaign earnings, described in getting paid. The wider case for this way of earning is in commission-based creators.
Creators still have to label their content. ASCI's guidelines for influencer advertising in India require affiliate content to be disclosed, for example with #ad, #affiliate or "I earn a commission".
What buyers see
Buyers check out on the brand's own listing, so the product page in front of them shows the brand's return policy and dispatch time. They track the order after paying, and only verified buyers can write reviews, which keeps the reviews on each product honest. A creator's code can carry a discount if the brand chooses to offer one.
How the shop sits beside pay-per-view campaigns
The pay-per-view side pays creators per 1,000 verified views on Instagram Reels, for brands that want reach. The shop pays creators per unit sold, for brands that want sales. A creator can do both from one account, and the earnings screen keeps the two apart. If you are new to the campaign side, what Viewzar is explains it in full.
The two meet when a brand running a pay-per-view campaign also sells in its store. A creator can post one reel that the campaign pays for in verified views and that also carries their link or code, so the shop pays commission on the sales it drives.
As a hypothetical example, say that reel gets 50,000 verified views on a campaign paying ₹50 per 1,000. That is ₹2,500 gross, minus the ₹50 fee, so ₹2,450 to the creator. If the same reel also sells 40 units of a ₹799 product at 15% commission, that adds 40 × ₹119.85, about ₹4,800, once the return window closes. Planning a reel for both is the subject of how to earn from views and sales on the same reel.
Who the shop suits, and who it does not
It suits brands that make or stock physical products, ship reliably and would rather pay many creators per sale than one creator per post. It suits creators who like showing how things work, in any niche and at any follower count, and who want income that keeps coming in from older reels.
It is the wrong tool for a brand that wants reach rather than sales, or a single named face on a fixed fee. For reach, a pay-per-view campaign fits better. And a creator who wants a guaranteed amount per post should keep taking fixed-fee deals alongside it.
The bottom line
Viewzar Shop turns selling through creators into a simple trade. Brands list products, set a commission they can see and change, and pay only when a sale happens. Creators pick products, share their own link and code, and earn on every unit with no stock and no cap. If you are a creator, sign up for Viewzar as a creator. If you sell products, open your store on Viewzar.

Frequently asked questions
What is Viewzar Shop?
It is a commission-based shop for India. Product brands open a store, list products and set a per-unit commission for creators. Any creator can add those products to their own shop in one tap and earn that commission on every unit sold through their own link or code, while the brand ships the order.
How much commission do creators earn on Viewzar Shop?
Each brand sets its own rate per product as a percentage of the sale price, and commissions of 10% to 30% are available on certain products. Every product card shows the commission in rupees and percent before you add it, for example "Earn ₹50 · 10%". There is no cap on what you can earn.
Do creators need followers, stock or money to start a shop?
No. There is no follower minimum, no application and no pitching, and adding a product takes one tap. You hold no stock, put in no money and ship nothing, because the brand ships the order and handles returns under its own policy.
What does it cost a brand to sell through creators?
Nothing up front and no listing fee. The brand pays only when a sale happens, out of that sale. Every store is checked by the team, including business and GST details, a product sample and a test delivery, before it goes live.
When is shop commission paid to creators?
Commission shows as Pending while the brand's return window is open and becomes Unlocked once that window closes after delivery. You then withdraw it through the same payout flow as campaign earnings, and a returned order earns no commission.
Can one reel earn from views and from sales?
Yes, when a brand running a pay-per-view campaign also sells in its store. The campaign pays for the reel's verified views, and the link or code in it earns commission on the sales it drives, so one piece of work pays twice.
