Support: support@viewzar.com. --- # Section: About Viewzar --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/how-viewzar-works Audience: everyone ## How Viewzar works Brands load a prepaid wallet and set a rate per 1,000 verified views. Creators post reels from their own Instagram accounts, submit the link, and are paid for the views that are verified. Viewzar is a pay-per-view creator marketplace for India. It connects two sides: - **Brands, podcasters and agencies** who want reach. They load rupees into a wallet, write a brief, and set a rate they will pay for every 1,000 verified views. - **Creators and clippers** who make reels. They book a campaign, post a reel from their own Instagram account, and submit the link. They are paid for the views that reel actually gets. ## The life of a campaign 1. A brand creates a campaign with a brief, a rate per 1,000 views and a budget. See [Create a campaign](/help/creating-a-campaign). 2. Creators in matching niches see it and book it. Booking reserves part of the budget for them for 72 hours. See [Book a campaign](/help/booking-a-campaign). 3. The creator posts the reel and submits the link. See [Submit a reel](/help/submitting-a-reel). 4. The brand approves or rejects it against the brief within 48 hours. Silence counts as approval. See [How long review takes](/help/review-times). 5. Views are verified and counted for 30 days. Earnings build up as views come in. See [How views are counted](/help/how-views-are-counted). 6. Each day's earnings wait in a 15-day hold, then are paid to the creator's UPI or bank account. See [The payout hold](/help/payout-hold) and [Getting paid](/help/getting-paid). ## Why it is fair to both sides - Brands pay only for verified views, never for posts that flop. Unspent money stays in the wallet and can be refunded. See [Refunds](/help/refunds). - Creators are paid per view at a rate they see before they book, with no portfolio review and no negotiation. - Every figure shown on Viewzar is real: budgets, earnings and leaderboards. ## Two kinds of campaigns - **UGC**: the brand provides a product and a brief, and creators make original reels. - **Clipping**: a podcaster or show provides raw footage, and clippers edit it into reels. See [UGC and Clipping campaigns](/help/ugc-vs-clipping). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/fees-and-pricing Audience: everyone ## Fees and pricing Brands pay their chosen rate per 1,000 verified views and nothing else. Creators keep 90% of what their reels earn; Viewzar's fee is 10%. Signing up and booking campaigns are free. ## For brands - You pay the rate you set per 1,000 verified views, on reels you approved, and nothing more. There is no subscription and no listing fee. - Money is prepaid into your wallet. Anything not spent stays yours. See [Refunds](/help/refunds). - Licensing a reel to run as an ad is optional and costs a fixed ₹5,000. See [License a reel as an ad](/help/licensing-a-reel). - During the launch offer, you get 50% extra credit on what you load, up to ₹5,000. See [The launch offer](/help/launch-offer). ## For creators and clippers - Signing up, registering accounts and booking campaigns are free. - Viewzar keeps a platform fee of 10% of what a reel earns. You keep 90%. See [The platform fee](/help/platform-fee). - Example: 50,000 verified views on a ₹50 per 1,000 campaign earn ₹2,500. The fee is ₹250, so you receive ₹2,250. - Usage-rights licences pay you 70% of the fee. See [Usage rights for creators](/help/usage-rights-for-creators). - Pro is optional at ₹799 a month. Campaign access never requires it. See [Viewzar Pro](/help/viewzar-pro). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/faq Audience: everyone ## Frequently asked questions Short answers to the questions people ask most, each linking to the full article. ## Creators - **How much do I earn?** Verified views × the campaign rate ÷ 1,000, minus the 10% platform fee. You can register as many Instagram accounts as you run. Accounts must be public, and only Creator or Business accounts can have views verified. Your Viewzar username is your login. The Instagram handles you post from are separate **registered accounts**, and you can have as many as you like. ## Register an account 1. Open **My accounts** in the left menu. 2. Click **Register an account**. 3. Sign in to Instagram and allow Viewzar to read your profile, reels and their insights. 4. You come back to My accounts, with the new account listed and marked **Verified**. You can also register an account while submitting a reel: in the account dropdown choose **+ Register another account**. You return to the form with the new account selected. ## Which accounts are eligible - **Public accounts only.** Private accounts are not eligible, because brands and our team must be able to see the reel. - **Creator or Business accounts for paid views.** Instagram shares view counts only for professional accounts. A personal account can be registered, but it is marked "Personal account: views cannot be verified" and its reels cannot be paid until it switches. Switching is free: in Instagram, go to Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account. - **One owner.** An Instagram account can be registered to only one Viewzar account. ## What My accounts shows For each account: the handle (linked to the Instagram profile), its name on Instagram, followers, account type, status, how many reels you submitted from it, and its verified views. ## Remove or reconnect - **Remove** stops us reading that account. Reels already submitted keep their history. - If Instagram stops sharing data (for example after a password change), the account shows **Reconnect**. Click it and sign in again. Viewzar never posts anything on your behalf. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/multiple-reels-and-accounts Audience: creators ## Several reels or several accounts You can post several reels for one campaign, each with its own booking, up to the campaign's cap per creator. You can submit from any of your registered accounts. The same reel can never be submitted twice. ## More than one reel for a campaign - Each reel needs its own booking. Submit or cancel your open booking, then book the campaign again for the next reel. - A campaign may cap how much one creator can earn from it. The cap is shown on the campaign. - For Clipping campaigns, several genuinely different edits of the raw footage are welcome. ## More than one Instagram account - Register every account you post from under **My accounts**. See [Register your Instagram accounts](/help/register-instagram-accounts). - When submitting, choose the account the reel is on. - Each account must be yours and public. ## What is not allowed - Submitting the same reel twice, from any account, by anyone. - Re-uploading someone else's reel, or the same video to several accounts to multiply views. - Fake or bought accounts and views. See [Rules for creators](/help/rules-for-creators). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/payout-details Audience: creators ## Add or change payout details Payouts go to a UPI ID or a bank account. The next payout goes to the new details. Payouts already sent are not affected. ## Good to know - Payout details are stored encrypted. - Accounts that share the same payout destination are linked in our fraud checks. Use your own UPI or bank account. - If a payout fails because of wrong details, the money returns to your payable balance. Fix the details and it goes out with the next payout. Campaigns in your niches come first, then by rate, budget left and how new they are. Each card shows the brand, the rate per 1,000 views, an estimate for your typical views, and the rupees left. ## Where to look Open **Campaigns** in the left menu. Switch between the **UGC** and **Clipping** tabs, and filter by niche or by a minimum rate per 1,000 views. The **Featured brands** row at the top shows campaigns from brands that chose to appear on the public leaderboards. Scroll it sideways to see more. ## How campaigns are ordered 1. Campaigns in your niches come first, then related niches, then the rest. 2. Within that, a higher rate compared with similar campaigns, more budget left, and newer campaigns rank higher. Featured brands get a small boost. ## What a campaign card tells you - The brand's picture and name, and the campaign title. - The **rate per 1,000 verified views**. - An **estimate for you**: what a reel would earn at your typical views. It uses your recent reels; new creators are estimated at 5,000 views. Any cap per reel is shown too. - **₹ left**: the real budget still available. You never see a brand's total budget, only what is left. - **Budget running low**: shown once 15% or less of the budget is left. - **Budget used up**: the campaign is out of money and takes no new bookings. Reels already submitted keep tracking. - The end date, how many creators are in, the niches, and any target city. - Tags such as **Featured**, **Your niche** and **Claimed** (you have an open booking). ## Why some campaigns are not shown - **New campaigns** show only to creators in matching niches for the first 24 hours, then to everyone. - **City-targeted campaigns** (for restaurants and local businesses) show only to creators with at least 30% of their audience in that city. - Campaigns that are paused, ended or out of budget leave the list. When you find one you like, open it to read the full brief, then book it. See [Book a campaign](/help/booking-a-campaign). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/booking-a-campaign Audience: creators ## Book a campaign Open the campaign and click "Claim this campaign". It reserves part of the budget for you for 72 hours. Post your reel and submit it before the booking expires. Booking (the button says **Claim this campaign**) tells the brand you are making a reel and sets money aside for it, so the budget is there when your reel lands. ## How to book 1. Open the campaign from **Campaigns**. 2. Read the brief, the do's and don'ts, and the text your caption must include. 3. Click **Claim this campaign**. ## What booking does - It reserves an amount for you: roughly what your reel should earn at your typical views, limited by the cap per reel, your remaining cap on this campaign, and the budget left. - The booking lasts **72 hours**. We remind you 12 hours before it runs out. - If you do not submit a reel in time, the booking expires and the money goes back into the campaign. Nothing is held against you, but your submission rate on the Dashboard counts it. ## Limits - Up to **5** open bookings at a time. - One open booking per campaign at a time. Submit or cancel it before booking the same campaign again. - **Full, check back** means the budget left is reserved by other creators. Reservations free up as other bookings expire. - A campaign may cap how much one creator can earn from it. ## Cancel a booking Open the campaign and click **Cancel claim**. The reserved money goes back into the campaign straight away. ## After you book Post the reel from one of your registered Instagram accounts, then submit it. See [Submit a reel](/help/submitting-a-reel). Only reels posted after you booked count. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/ugc-vs-clipping Audience: everyone ## UGC and Clipping campaigns In UGC campaigns you make original reels about a brand's product. In Clipping campaigns you edit raw footage a show or podcaster provides. Both pay per 1,000 verified views and use the same payouts. ## UGC (user-generated content) A brand provides a product and a written brief. You make an original reel in your own style: a routine, a review, a recipe, a try-on. The brief lists what to show, what to avoid, the tone, and the text your caption must include. ## Clipping A podcaster, show or creator provides raw footage ("raw cuts") on the campaign page. You edit a 30 to 60 second reel from it: pick the moment, add a hook, captions and pacing, and credit the source as the brief asks. Several genuinely different edits are welcome. Some raw cuts are for Pro members only. See [Raw cuts for Clipping campaigns](/help/raw-cuts). ## What is the same - Both pay the campaign rate per 1,000 verified views. - Both go through booking, submission, the brand's review, the hold and payouts in exactly the same way. - Your earnings, submissions and payouts for both appear in the same places. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/raw-cuts Audience: creators ## Raw cuts for Clipping campaigns Clipping campaigns list raw footage on the campaign page. Download a cut, edit your own reel from it, credit the source as the brief asks, and submit it like any reel. Some cuts are for Pro members. 1. Open a campaign in the **Clipping** tab. 2. The campaign page lists its **raw cuts**. Click a cut to download it. 3. Edit it your own way: a strong hook in the first seconds, captions, pacing. Follow the brief, including how to credit the show. 4. Book the campaign if you have not already, post the reel from a registered account, and submit it. See [Submit a reel](/help/submitting-a-reel). ## Pro-only cuts Some cuts are marked **Pro only**. They are available to [Viewzar Pro](/help/viewzar-pro) members. All other cuts, and every campaign, are open to everyone. ## Good practice - Make genuinely different edits. Re-posting a raw cut as-is can be rejected. - Keep the guest's name or the show's credit on screen if the brief asks for it. --- # Section: Creators & clippers: Submissions & review --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/submitting-a-reel Audience: creators ## Submit a reel Click "+ Submit" at the top right. Choose the campaign you booked and the account you posted from, paste the link to the reel, enter its views (and likes, comments and shares if you like), check the summary and click "Submit for review". You can submit from any page: click **+ Submit** at the top right, next to the bell. ## The form, step by step 1. **Campaign**: choose the campaign you posted for. The list shows your open bookings, with the rate, the amount reserved for you, the submit-by time and the text the brand asked for in the caption. Not listed? Book it first. See [Book a campaign](/help/booking-a-campaign). 2. **Account you posted from**: choose the Instagram account. Its handle, name, followers and account type fill in automatically. Not registered yet? Choose **+ Register another account**; you return to the form with it selected. 3. **Reel**: paste the link to the reel, such as https://www.instagram.com/reel/XXXX/. Enter its **views** as Instagram shows them now. Likes, comments and shares are optional. 4. **Check and confirm**: a summary of everything you entered. If it is right, click **Submit for review**. ## Before you submit, make sure - The reel was posted **after** you booked, and during the campaign dates. - It is on the account you selected, and that account is public. - It follows the brief and its caption includes the text the brand asked for. - It has not been submitted before, by you or anyone else. ## What happens next The submission appears in **My submissions** as **Under review**. The brand has 48 hours to approve or reject it. See [How long review takes](/help/review-times) and [Submission statuses](/help/submission-statuses). Made a mistake? You can edit it for 24 hours, or until the brand approves it. See [Edit or delete a submission](/help/edit-or-delete-a-submission). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/submission-statuses Audience: creators ## Submission statuses Under review means the brand or our team is checking it. Action required means we need something from you. Approved means views are counting. Paid out means everything it earned has been paid. Rejected and Closed mean it no longer earns. Open **My submissions** in the left menu to see all your reels. Each card shows the campaign, the account, the views you reported, verified views, what it has earned, and its status. | Status | What it means | What you do | | --- | --- | --- | | **Under review** | The brand has up to 48 hours to approve it. It also shows while our team checks a reel or a dispute is open. | Nothing. We notify you of the decision. | | **Action required** | We need something from you. The reason is shown on the submission. | Follow the instruction on the submission page. | | **Approved** | The brand approved it, or did not answer in time. Views are being counted and earnings are building up or waiting in the hold. | Keep the reel up for the whole tracking period. | | **Paid out** | Tracking is over and everything it earned has been paid to you. | Nothing. | | **Rejected** | It did not meet the brief or a rule, or it was not eligible. The reason is shown. | Read the reason. If you think it is wrong, see [Disagreeing with a decision](/help/disagreeing-with-a-decision). | | **Closed** | Tracking is over and it earned nothing, for example because it stayed below the minimum views. | Nothing. | Open any submission to see its details: the account and followers when submitted, the link, the figures you reported against the verified count, earnings by day and the latest readings. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/review-times Audience: creators ## How long review takes The brand has 48 hours to approve or reject a reel against its brief. If it does not answer in time, the reel is approved automatically. Our team may also check reels, and views keep counting during checks. ## The brand's review - The brand has **48 hours** from when you submit to approve or reject the reel. - It may only judge against its written brief: what to show, what to avoid, the tone and the required caption text. - If it rejects the reel, it must give a reason, and you see it on the submission. - **No answer in time means approved.** Your reel is never stuck waiting on a busy brand. ## Our checks Viewzar's team and automatic fraud checks look at reels too, for example unusual jumps in views or duplicated content. A reel being checked shows **Under review**. Views keep counting meanwhile, and the check happens while the money is still in the hold. See [Verified views and fraud checks](/help/verified-views-and-fraud). ## After approval Views are verified for 30 days after you post, or until the campaign ends. Earnings build up as they come in and are paid after the hold. See [How views are counted](/help/how-views-are-counted) and [The payout hold](/help/payout-hold). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/edit-or-delete-a-submission Audience: creators ## Edit or delete a submission You can change the reel link and the figures for 24 hours after submitting, or until the brand approves it. You can delete a submission until any of its money has been paid out to you. ## Edit a submission 1. Open **My submissions** and click the submission. 2. Scroll to **Edit submission** at the bottom. 3. Change the link or the views, likes, comments and shares. 4. Click **Update submission**. The button stays grey until you actually change something. You can edit for **24 hours** after submitting, and only until the brand approves the reel. After an edit the submission goes back to **Under review**. ## Delete a submission 1. Open the submission, or find it in **My submissions**. 2. Click the small red bin icon. 3. Confirm with **Yes, delete**. Nothing is deleted until you confirm. What deleting does: - The submission disappears from your lists. - Any earnings it had that were not yet released go back to the brand. - Your booking reopens if it has not expired, so you can submit the right reel. - The same reel link can be submitted again. You cannot delete a submission once any of its earnings have been released for payout. Write to support if something about it is wrong. See [Getting help](/help/getting-help). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/disagreeing-with-a-decision Audience: creators ## Disagreeing with a decision If a brand rejects or disputes your reel, or you receive a strike you think is wrong, contact support from the profile menu with the submission link. A person reviews every case. ## If the brand rejected your reel The reason is shown on the submission. Brands may only judge against their written brief. If you think the reel met the brief: 1. Open the profile menu and choose **Support & help**. 2. Paste the link to the submission (from My submissions) and explain why it met the brief. A person on our team reviews it. ## If the brand disputed your reel A brand can dispute a reel while its earnings are in hold, for example over suspected bought views or a missing disclosure. While a dispute is open: - The reel's earnings still in hold are **frozen**. You are notified when a dispute opens and when it is resolved. - Our team reviews it, aiming to decide within 72 hours, and both sides see the resolution note. - **Upheld**: the unpaid earnings on that reel return to the brand. - **Rejected**: everything continues as normal. You can add your side at any time through **Support & help**. A dispute never creates a strike on its own. ## If you received a strike Write to **Support & help** with the details. See [Strikes and warnings](/help/strikes). --- # Section: Creators & clippers: Earnings & payouts --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/how-earnings-are-calculated Audience: creators ## How earnings are calculated Earnings = verified views × the campaign rate ÷ 1,000, limited by any caps, minus the 10% platform fee. For example, 50,000 verified views at ₹50 per 1,000 earn ₹2,500, and you receive ₹2,250. ## The formula 1. **Gross** = verified views × rate per 1,000 ÷ 1,000. 2. Limited by the campaign's **cap per reel** and **cap per creator**, if it has them. 3. If you have an active strike, multiplied by your strike rate. See [Strikes and warnings](/help/strikes). 4. Minus the **10% platform fee**. See [The platform fee](/help/platform-fee). What is left is your **net** earnings. ## Worked example A campaign pays ₹50 per 1,000 verified views. Your reel reaches 50,000 verified views. - Gross: 50,000 × ₹50 ÷ 1,000 = **₹2,500** - Platform fee (10%): **₹250** - You receive: **₹2,250** ## When the money moves Earnings are added each time new views are verified, day by day. Each day's earnings wait out the hold, then become payable. See [The payout hold](/help/payout-hold) and [Getting paid](/help/getting-paid). ## Where to see it **Earnings** in the left menu shows each reel's earnings and when the next amount is released. Your **Dashboard** shows your total and what you earn per 1,000 views on average. See [Your Earnings page](/help/earnings-page). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/getting-paid Audience: creators ## Getting paid Payouts go out once a day, at about 10:00 IST, to the UPI ID or bank account on your profile, once your payable balance is at least ₹500. Our team checks each payout batch before it is sent. ## When payouts happen 1. Earnings leave the hold and become **payable**. See [The payout hold](/help/payout-hold). 2. Once a day, at about **10:00 IST**, everyone whose payable balance is at least **₹500** is added to the day's payout. 3. Our team checks the payout before it is sent. During launch, payouts are sent by our team by UPI or bank transfer. 4. You get a notification when it is sent. UPI usually lands within minutes; bank transfers within a few hours, depending on your bank. There is nothing to request or withdraw. If your payable balance is below ₹500, it carries over until it reaches the minimum. ## Where it goes To the UPI ID or bank account in your payout details. See [Add or change payout details](/help/payout-details). ## Track your payouts **Earnings** lists every payout with its amount, destination and status. See [Your Earnings page](/help/earnings-page). If a payout fails, see [When a payout fails](/help/failed-payouts). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/platform-fee Audience: creators ## The platform fee (Viewzar's cut) Viewzar keeps 10% of what your reels earn; you keep 90%. It is taken when earnings leave the hold. Brands pay exactly their posted rate. Signing up and booking are free. - **10%** of each reel's earnings goes to Viewzar. **You keep 90%.** - The fee is taken when each day's earnings leave the hold. Your Earnings page shows amounts after the fee. - The rate shown on a campaign is what the brand pays per 1,000 views. Your share is that rate minus the fee. - There is no charge to sign up, register accounts or book campaigns. - **Usage-rights licences** are split differently: you receive 70% of the licence fee. See [Usage rights for creators](/help/usage-rights-for-creators). - **Strike penalties** reduce what is paid out while a strike is active. See [Strikes and warnings](/help/strikes). See the full example in [How earnings are calculated](/help/how-earnings-are-calculated). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/payout-hold Audience: creators ## The payout hold Each day's earnings wait 15 days before they can be paid, so fake views and disputes can be caught. The hold rolls day by day; it does not start over. Earnings under a dispute or check wait until it is resolved. ## How the hold works - Earnings for each day become **payable 15 days later**. For example, earnings from views verified on the 1st are released about 15 days after the 1st. - The hold is **rolling**: every day some earlier earnings are released while new ones start their hold. - A brand can set a longer hold for its campaign, up to 30 days. The campaign page shows it. ## Why there is a hold It gives time to catch bought views and to settle disputes before money leaves. It protects the honest creators who are paid from the same budgets. ## Frozen earnings If a brand disputes a reel or our team is checking it, that reel's earnings still in hold are **frozen** until the matter is resolved. If it is resolved in your favour, they continue as normal. See [Disagreeing with a decision](/help/disagreeing-with-a-decision). ## Where to see it **Earnings** shows how much is in hold, and for each reel the date the next amount is released. See [Your Earnings page](/help/earnings-page). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/how-views-are-counted Audience: creators ## How views are counted Views are read from Instagram's own data for your registered account, checked for fraud, and counted for 30 days after you post or until the campaign ends. A reel earns nothing below 1,000 views; once it passes, every view counts. ## Where the numbers come from Verified views come from Instagram's official data for your registered account, never from screenshots. That is why your account needs to be a Creator or Business account. See [Register your Instagram accounts](/help/register-instagram-accounts). The views you type when submitting are recorded as **reported**. They help our team check reels by hand when Instagram's data is not available yet. You are paid on **verified** views. ## How often we check - Every hour for the first 48 hours after you post. - Every 6 hours until day 7. - Once a day after that. ## How long a reel is tracked For **30 days** after you post it, or until the campaign ends if that is sooner. Views after that do not earn. ## Minimum views to qualify A reel must reach **1,000** verified views (a campaign can set its own minimum) before it earns anything. Once it passes, all of its views count, including the first 1,000. ## Things that stop a reel earning - **Deleting the reel** before tracking ends forfeits any earnings not yet released. - **Budget used up or campaign paused**: views are still verified but not paid while a campaign is out of budget or paused, and they are not paid later even if the brand adds budget. If several reels cross the line together, the last of the budget is shared between them in proportion to their new views. - **Campaign ended**: tracking stops for all reels when a campaign ends. - **Caps**: a campaign can cap earnings per reel and per creator. - **Fraud**: views from bots or bought engagement are not paid. See [Verified views and fraud checks](/help/verified-views-and-fraud). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/earnings-page Audience: creators ## Your Earnings page Earnings, in the left menu, shows money in hold, payable, paid out and frozen; a row for every reel with its views, amounts and next release date; your payout history; and any usage-rights requests. Open **Earnings** in the left menu. ## The four totals - **In hold**: earned, waiting out the hold. - **Payable**: released and waiting for the next daily payout. - **Paid out**: sent to you. - **Frozen**: in hold but paused by a dispute or check. ## By reel For each submitted reel: the campaign, its status, verified views, and how much is in hold, payable and paid, with the date of the **next release** from the hold. ## Payouts Every payout: date, amount, where it went, and whether it was sent, is processing or failed. ## Usage rights If a brand wants to run one of your reels as an ad, the request appears here with **Accept** and **Decline**. See [Usage rights for creators](/help/usage-rights-for-creators). Your **Dashboard** also shows your total earnings and averages. See [Find your way around](/help/creator-dashboard). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/failed-payouts Audience: creators ## When a payout fails If a transfer fails or your bank returns it, the money goes straight back to your payable balance and you are notified. Check your payout details; it is sent again with the next daily payout. ## What happens - The money returns to your **payable** balance. Nothing is lost. - You get a notification with the reason, if the bank gave one. - It is sent again with the next daily payout. ## What to do 1. Check your UPI ID or bank account. See [Add or change payout details](/help/payout-details). 2. Fix anything that is wrong. The next payout uses the new details. ## A payout shows as sent but has not arrived UPI is usually instant; bank transfers can take a few hours. If it has been more than a working day, use **Support & help** in the profile menu and include the payout date and amount from your Earnings page. See [Getting help](/help/getting-help). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/taxes-and-kyc Audience: creators ## Taxes and identity details We need your legal name for payouts; PAN is optional for now. No tax is currently deducted at source from payouts. Any deduction would be shown on each payout. ## Identity details - **Legal name**, exactly as on your PAN or bank account, is required for payouts. - **PAN** is optional for now. We may ask for it before larger payouts in future. Add or change these in your payout details. See [Add or change payout details](/help/payout-details). ## Tax - At present, no tax is deducted at source from creator payouts. - If that changes, the amount deducted will be shown on each payout in your Earnings page. - Your earnings are income. Keep your own records; the Earnings page lists every payout with its date and amount. This is general information, not tax advice. --- # Section: Creators & clippers: Tiers, Pro & rewards --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/tiers Audience: creators ## Tiers and badges Tiers (New, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are badges that reflect your track record. Campaign access is the same for every tier. Higher tiers get priority support and earlier access to payouts. Tiers are recalculated every night. Your current tier and what you need for the next one are on **My profile** (profile menu → My profile). | Tier | How to reach it | | --- | --- | | **New** | Where everyone starts. | | **Bronze** | 1 paid submission. | | **Silver** | 10 approved submissions, 1,00,000 lifetime verified views, an approval rate of at least 80%, and no strike in the last 90 days. | | **Gold** | A Pro member, 5,00,000 lifetime verified views, an approval rate of at least 90%, and no strike in the last 180 days. | | **Platinum** | A Pro member in the top 1% of your niche by verified views over the last 90 days. | ## What tiers do - **Campaign access is the same for everyone.** Every tier sees and can book the same campaigns. - **Higher tiers get priority support and earlier access to their payouts.** - Your tier shows as a badge on leaderboards. ## Losing a tier A second strike while the first is active drops you one tier. See [Strikes and warnings](/help/strikes). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/leaderboards Audience: everyone ## Leaderboards Signed-in users can open Leaderboards to see top brands and creators by category, this week, this month or all time. Creators appear with an earnings band unless they choose to show exact earnings. Brands appear only if they opt in. ## Where to find them Leaderboards are for signed-in members. Open **Leaderboards** in the left menu. ## What they show - **Brands**: brands that chose to go public, ranked in their own category by most verified views, highest rate and fastest filling. - **Creators**: ranked by verified views and earnings within each niche, with their tier badge. - Switch between this week, this month and all time. Boards refresh every 15 minutes. Every figure is real. Leaderboards are a scoreboard only; there is no betting, prediction or real-money game of any kind. ## Your privacy as a creator - You appear with your username and an **earnings band** (for example ₹10K–50K), not an exact amount. - To show your exact earnings instead, go to **My profile** and tick **Show my exact earnings on leaderboards**. ## For brands Brands appear only if they choose to go public. Every campaign stays open to everyone without Pro. ## What Pro includes - The full raw-cut library on Clipping campaigns, including **Pro-only** cuts. - Priority support. - Eligibility for the **Gold** and **Platinum** tiers. See [Tiers and badges](/help/tiers). - Advanced analytics, such as per-reel view curves and best posting times, are coming soon. ## What Pro does not change - Every campaign is open to every creator, with or without Pro. - Rates, the platform fee and payouts are the same. ## Price and billing - **₹799** a month. - Subscribe from **Pro** in the left menu. - If a payment lapses, Pro perks end at the end of the paid period. Your campaigns, submissions and earnings are not affected. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/usage-rights-for-creators Audience: creators ## Usage rights for creators A brand can ask to run one of your approved reels as its own ad for 90 days, for a fixed fee of ₹5,000. If you accept, you receive ₹3,500 (70%), payable straight away without a hold. ## How it works 1. A brand asks for a licence on one of your reels. 2. The request appears on your **Earnings** page with **Accept** and **Decline**. 3. If you accept, the brand pays the fixed fee of **₹5,000** for a **90-day** licence. 4. You receive **₹3,500** (70% of the fee). It goes straight to your payable balance, without the usual hold, and is paid with the next daily payout. ## Good to know - You decide. Declining has no effect on anything else. - If the brand does not have enough money in its wallet when you accept, the licence completes once it tops up. - Your reel stays on your account; the licence lets the brand use it in its own ads for the term. --- # Section: Brands & podcasters: Getting started --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/brand-sign-up Audience: brands ## Sign up as a brand, podcaster or agency Create an account yourself at Sign up → "I want to fund campaigns", or apply through "List your brand" and our team sets it up with you. You can load money and build campaigns meanwhile. ## Why we verify Creators trust that every campaign is from a real business that has paid in advance. Verification keeps it that way. ## What we check Your company name, website and category, and your GSTIN where you have one. ## How long it takes Usually within a working day. You get a notification when you are verified. ## Before you are verified - A banner on your Dashboard and Wallet says you are not verified yet. - You can load money and create campaigns as drafts. - **Launching** a campaign waits until you are verified. Pay online by UPI, card or netbanking (₹1,000 minimum), or pay by payment link or bank transfer and click "Report payment" so we credit it. Every top-up gets an invoice. Campaigns run on prepaid money only. Open **Wallet** in the left menu. There are two ways to add money. ## Pay online 1. In **Add money online**, pick an amount or type one, from ₹1,000 to ₹1,00,00,000. 2. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking. 3. The money appears in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed. ## Pay by payment link or bank transfer 1. Write to support@viewzar.com. We send a payment link or our bank details, with a GST invoice. 2. Pay. 3. Back in **Wallet**, under **Already paid? Tell us**, enter the amount, how you paid and the UTR or transaction reference, then click **Report payment**. 4. We match it against our bank statement and credit your wallet, usually the same day. You get a notification when it is credited. ## Invoices Every top-up is listed under **Invoices and top-ups**, with its invoice number and status. ## Prepaid only Campaigns spend only money already in your wallet. There are no pay-later or credit terms. Unspent money stays yours. See [Refunds](/help/refunds). During the launch offer, we add extra credit to what you load. See [The launch offer](/help/launch-offer). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/launch-offer Audience: brands ## The launch offer While the launch offer runs, we add 50% on top of what you load, up to ₹5,000 per brand. For example, load ₹10,000 and get ₹5,000 extra. The extra is credit for campaign spend only and is never refunded or withdrawn. ## How it works - When you load money, we add **50%** of it as **matched credit**, up to **₹5,000** per brand in total. - Example: load ₹10,000, receive ₹5,000 of credit. - The credit shows as its own line in your wallet, **Matched credit, available**. ## Rules for credit - It can only fund campaign spend. - It is never withdrawn or refunded. - Spend draws from your own money and your credit in proportion. That keeps refunds of your own money fair. - Payouts funded partly by credit are checked by our team before they go out. ## Is the offer still on? The Wallet page shows the offer and how much match you have left, while it runs. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/wallet-balances Audience: brands ## Wallet balances explained The Wallet shows four figures. Your money, available is free to put into campaigns. Matched credit is launch credit. Reserved + in hold is set aside for bookings or earned and waiting out the hold. Spent has been paid to creators. Open **Wallet** in the left menu. ## The four figures - **Your money, available**: your own money not yet committed to anything. - **Matched credit, available**: launch-offer credit not yet used. See [The launch offer](/help/launch-offer). - **Reserved + in hold**: money set aside for creators who booked your campaigns, plus money earned by creators that is waiting out the hold. Disputes can return it to you. - **Spent**: earnings that have left the hold and been paid to creators. Your Dashboard shows the same money in the same way. ## Allocated versus available Money you put into a live campaign's budget still sits in your wallet until views are verified. It counts as allocated, so you cannot put the same rupee into two campaigns, and it is not refundable while the campaign is live. ## The ledger Below the figures, every movement is listed: top-ups, credit, bookings, verified views, releases, refunds and dispute returns. Balances are always the sum of these entries; nothing is edited by hand. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/refunds Audience: brands ## Refunds You can get back unspent money you paid in, within 30 days of your last top-up. Request it on the Wallet page; it goes back the way you paid. Matched credit is never refunded, and money already earned by creators cannot come back. ## What can be refunded - Your **own** money that is **not spent and not committed**: not in a live campaign's budget and not reserved by a creator's booking. - Within **30 days** of your most recent top-up. ## What cannot - **Matched credit** from the launch offer. - Money creators have **already earned** from verified views. - Money allocated to a campaign that is **live, paused or out of budget**. End the campaign first; its open bookings are released and the unspent budget returns to your available balance. ## How to request 1. Open **Wallet**. The **Refunds** card shows **Refundable now** and when your window closes. 2. Enter the amount and an optional reason, then click **Request refund**. 3. It goes back to the way you paid within a few working days. You get a notification with the reference when it is sent. You can cancel a pending request from the same card. --- # Section: Brands & podcasters: Campaigns --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/creating-a-campaign Audience: brands ## Create a campaign Go to Campaigns → New campaign. Choose UGC or Clipping, write the brief, pick up to three niches and the dates, set the rate per 1,000 views and the budget, add assets, choose visibility, then launch or save a draft. Minimum budget ₹10,000, minimum rate ₹10 per 1,000 views. Open **Campaigns** and click **New campaign**. The wizard has seven steps; you can save a draft at any point. 1. **What kind of campaign?** UGC (creators make original reels about your product) or Clipping (clippers edit footage you provide). Add the campaign name, the product or show, and your category. 2. **The brief**: what you want made, do's and don'ts, tone, the required disclosure (usually #ad), and up to ten required hashtags and mentions. Write the brief carefully: it is the only thing you may approve or reject reels against. 3. **Who should see it first?** Up to three niches, optional city targeting for local businesses, the platform (Instagram Reels), start and end dates (at most 90 days), and content flags if relevant. 4. **Rate and budget**: your rate per 1,000 verified views (at least ₹10), the total budget (at least ₹10,000), optional caps per reel and per creator, the minimum views to qualify (default 1,000), and the payout hold (default 15 days, up to 30). See [Choose a rate and budget](/help/choosing-a-rate-and-budget). 5. **Product assets or raw cuts**: product images for UGC, raw footage for Clipping. 6. **Visibility**: go public to appear on leaderboards with a Featured tag and a boost in the feed, or stay private. See [Go public](/help/going-public). 7. **Review**: check everything, then **Launch** or **Save draft**. ## What launching needs - Your brand is **verified**. See [Brand verification](/help/brand-verification). - You have a **profile picture**. See [Brand profile picture](/help/brand-profile-picture). - Your wallet has enough **unallocated money** for the whole budget. See [Add money to your wallet](/help/adding-money). Once live, the campaign shows first to creators in its niches for 24 hours, then to everyone. You do not pick creators; they book it, and you approve each reel. See [Approve or reject reels](/help/approving-reels). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/choosing-a-rate-and-budget Audience: brands ## Choose a rate and budget The wizard suggests a rate band for your niche from live campaigns and warns if you are below it. Your maximum reach is budget ÷ rate × 1,000. Use a cap per reel so one viral reel cannot use the whole budget. ## The rate - You set a rate per 1,000 verified views, at least ₹10. - The wizard shows a **suggested band** for your niche, built from live campaigns. Below the band, it warns that campaigns at that rate rarely fill: creators choose higher-paying campaigns first. - The rate is what you pay. The platform fee comes out of creators' earnings, not on top of your rate. ## The budget - At least ₹10,000, taken from your wallet's unallocated money when you launch. - **Maximum reach** = budget ÷ rate × 1,000. For example, ₹1,00,000 at ₹50 per 1,000 buys up to 20,00,000 verified views. - You can add budget to a live campaign at any time. See [Manage a live campaign](/help/managing-a-campaign). ## Caps - **Cap per reel**: the most one reel can earn. Recommended, so one viral reel cannot use up the budget. - **Cap per creator**: the most one creator can earn from the campaign across all their reels. - **Minimum views to qualify**: reels below it earn nothing. Default 1,000. ## The payout hold Your window to review reports and raise disputes before creators are paid. Default 15 days, up to 30. See [Dispute a reel](/help/disputing-a-reel). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/how-campaign-budget-is-spent Audience: brands ## How your campaign budget is spent Money moves only when verified views arrive on reels you approved. Bookings reserve money for a while, verified views move it into the hold, and after the hold it is paid to the creator. Unspent budget stays in your wallet. ## Step by step 1. **Launch**: the budget is allocated from your wallet. It is still your money. 2. **A creator books**: part of the budget is reserved for them for 72 hours. If they do not submit, it returns to the campaign. 3. **You approve the reel** (or do not answer within 48 hours). 4. **Verified views arrive**: each batch of new views costs views × your rate ÷ 1,000, within your caps. That money moves into the hold. 5. **The hold ends** (15 days by default): the money is paid to the creator and counts as **Spent**. You pay for verified views only. Reels that never reach the minimum views cost nothing. ## Out of budget When the money committed reaches the budget, the campaign is marked **Budget used up**. Creators see this straight away and it takes no new bookings. Views on existing reels are still tracked, but they are not paid while the campaign is out of budget, and not later either. Add budget to resume. See [Manage a live campaign](/help/managing-a-campaign). ## Watching it Each campaign page shows views, spend, the share of budget consumed and the number of creators. You also get alerts as the budget is used. ## Unspent money Anything not spent stays in your wallet when the campaign ends, for your next campaign or a refund. See [Refunds](/help/refunds). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/managing-a-campaign Audience: brands ## Manage a live campaign On the campaign page you can add budget, pause (no new bookings and no new spend), resume, or end the campaign (bookings released, tracking stops). Drafts can be deleted. Open **Campaigns** and click the campaign. - **Add budget**: move more money from your wallet into the campaign. If it was out of budget, it goes live again. - **Pause**: no new bookings. Views on existing reels are still tracked but are not paid while paused, and not later either. Use it to stop spending for a while. - **Resume**: back to normal, if the end date has not passed. - **End campaign**: final. Open bookings are released, tracking stops for every reel, and unspent budget returns to your available balance. - **Delete** a draft that was never launched. The campaign also ends on its own at its end date. --- # Section: Brands & podcasters: Approvals & results --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/approving-reels Audience: brands ## Approve or reject reels Open Approvals. For each reel, approve it or reject it with a reason, judging only against your written brief. You have 48 hours; no answer means approved. A daily email at 9:00 IST lists reels waiting for you. ## How to review 1. Open **Approvals** in the left menu. The number next to it is how many reels are waiting. 2. Watch the reel and check it against your brief: what to show, what to avoid, tone, and the required caption text. 3. Click **Approve**, or **Reject** and write the reason. The creator sees the reason. ## The rules - You have **48 hours** from submission. **No answer means approved**, so the creator is never left waiting. - Judge against the written brief only. Personal taste is not a reason to reject. - You never pick creators. Anyone in your niches can book; you control quality through approval. ## Reminders A daily email at about 9:00 IST lists reels waiting for you, and the Dashboard shows a banner when any are waiting. ## After approval Views count and spend begins. If something later looks wrong, such as bought views, you can dispute while the money is still in hold. See [Dispute a reel](/help/disputing-a-reel). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/reports Audience: brands ## Reports Reports list every submission with its link, creator handle, posting date, verified views, spend and status. Generate one for any campaign and date range from Reports; weekly and monthly reports are also created automatically. ## Generate a report 1. Open **Reports** in the left menu. 2. Choose a campaign (or all campaigns) and a date range. 3. Click **Generate CSV**. It appears under **Your reports** to download, and opens in any spreadsheet app. ## Automatic reports A weekly report is created every Monday and a monthly report on the 1st. You get an email when a report is ready. ## What is in it For every submission: the reel link, the creator's handle, when it was posted, verified views, what you spent, and its status. The report is where you check results and spot anything to dispute while it is still in hold. See [Dispute a reel](/help/disputing-a-reel). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/disputing-a-reel Audience: brands ## Dispute a reel If an approved reel looks wrong, for example bought views or a deleted reel, raise a dispute with evidence while its earnings are still in hold. Its earnings freeze and our team decides, aiming for 72 hours. Upheld disputes return the money to your wallet. ## When you can dispute While the reel's earnings are still in the hold (15 days by default). After money is released to the creator it can no longer be disputed. ## Reasons Duplicate reel, bot or bought views, off-brief content, deleted after posting, missing disclosure, or other. ## How to dispute 1. Open the campaign from **Campaigns**. In its list of submissions, click **Dispute** next to the reel. (Use your reports to spot which reels to check.) 2. Pick the reason and describe what is wrong, with links to any evidence. 3. Submit. The reel's unreleased earnings are **frozen**. ## What happens next - Our team reviews it, aiming to decide within 72 hours. Both sides see the resolution note. - **Upheld**: the frozen earnings return to your wallet and the creator is not paid for them. - **Rejected**: the earnings continue to the creator as normal. - A dispute never creates a strike for the creator on its own. Our team decides any strike separately. ## Fair use Brands that raise many disputes that are mostly rejected (at least 5 disputes with 50% or more rejected) are reviewed and can lose the right to dispute. --- # Section: Brands & podcasters: Visibility & ads --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/going-public Audience: brands ## Go public: Featured and leaderboards Going public puts your brand on the category leaderboards and gives your campaigns a gold Featured tag and a boost in creators' feeds. Turn it on in the profile menu → My profile → Public leaderboards, or per campaign in the Visibility step. ## What you get - A gold **Featured** tag on your campaigns, and a place in the **Featured brands** row at the top of creators' campaign list. - A boost in how creators' feeds rank your campaigns. - A place on your category's leaderboards: most verified views, highest rate and fastest filling. During the launch phase, budget figures are not shown on public boards. ## How to turn it on - **For your whole account**: profile menu → **My profile** → **Public leaderboards** → tick **Go public** → **Save**. This is the default for new campaigns. - **For one campaign**: choose it in the **Visibility** step when creating the campaign. ## Staying private Private brands run campaigns exactly the same way and never appear on any board. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/licensing-a-reel Audience: brands ## License a reel as an ad To run a creator's reel in your own ads, request usage rights on an approved reel. It is a fixed ₹5,000 for 90 days, charged from your wallet when the creator accepts. 1. Open the campaign from **Campaigns** and find a reel that performed well in its list of submissions. 2. Click **Request licence** next to it. 3. The creator accepts or declines. 4. If they accept, **₹5,000** is charged from your wallet's unallocated money, and you may use the reel in your own ads for **90 days**. If your wallet does not have enough unallocated money when the creator accepts, the licence completes when you top up. You can cancel a request from **Usage rights** until the creator answers. Track your requests and licences under **Usage rights** in the left menu. --- # Section: Rules & safety --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/rules-for-creators Audience: creators ## Rules for creators Post from your own registered public account, book before you post, follow the brief and its caption requirements, never submit the same reel twice, keep the reel up while it is tracked, and never use bought views, bots, fake accounts or stolen content. 1. **Post from your own registered account.** It must be public. Views are verified only for Creator and Business accounts. 2. **Book first, then post.** Only reels posted after you booked, and during the campaign dates, count. 3. **Label paid content.** Include the campaign's disclosure tag (usually #ad) and the hashtags and mentions the brief asks for. 4. **Follow the brief.** Brands approve or reject only against their written brief. Content that mocks the product or breaks the brief's don'ts can be rejected. 5. **One reel, one submission.** A reel can be submitted once, by one person. Genuinely different edits of a raw cut are fine. 6. **Keep it up.** Views are tracked for 30 days or until the campaign ends. Deleting the reel before then forfeits unpaid earnings. 7. **No bought views, bots, fake accounts or stolen content.** This is an immediate, permanent ban and unpaid earnings are voided. 8. **No prohibited content.** See [Content rules](/help/content-rules). Breaking a rule can lead to a warning or a strike. See [Strikes and warnings](/help/strikes). The full rules are also at [/rules](/rules). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/strikes Audience: creators ## Strikes and warnings A first minor slip is a warning. A confirmed rule break is Strike 1, which cuts payouts by 20% for 90 days. Strike 2 cuts them by 40% and drops your tier. Strike 3 suspends the account. Fraud is an immediate ban. | Level | When | Effect | | --- | --- | --- | | **Warning** | A first minor issue. | A notice only. It expires after 30 days. | | **Strike 1** | A confirmed rule break. | Payouts reduced by 20% for 90 days. | | **Strike 2** | Another break while Strike 1 is active. | Payouts reduced by 40%, and you drop one tier. | | **Strike 3** | A further break. | The account is suspended pending review. | | **Ban** | Bot views, bought engagement, fake accounts or stolen content. | Immediate and permanent. Unpaid earnings are voided. | ## Good to know - A brand dispute never creates a strike on its own. A person reviews every case. - Enforcement is currently lenient: a first minor slip is a warning rather than a strike. Clear fraud is a ban either way. - Active strikes and when they expire are shown on **My profile**. - When a strike expires, your payout rate returns to normal automatically. If you think a strike is wrong, see [Disagreeing with a decision](/help/disagreeing-with-a-decision). --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/content-rules Audience: everyone ## Content rules Gambling and betting, illegal products and explicit sexual content are not allowed. Political party campaigns are not accepted; government awareness campaigns are. Paid content must be labelled. There is no betting or real-money game anywhere on Viewzar. ## For everyone - **Prohibited campaigns**: gambling and betting, illegal products, and explicit sexual content. - **Political party campaigns** are not accepted. Government awareness campaigns are welcome. - **Paid content is labelled.** Every reel carries the campaign's disclosure tag, usually #ad. - **No wagering.** Nothing on Viewzar involves betting, predictions or real-money games. Leaderboards are a scoreboard only. ## For creators See [Rules for creators](/help/rules-for-creators) and [Strikes and warnings](/help/strikes). ## For brands 1. **You never pick creators.** Campaigns are matched by niche; you control quality through approval. 2. **Approve against the brief only**, within 48 hours. Silence means approved. 3. **Money moves only on verified views.** Unused budget stays in your wallet. 4. **Dispute with evidence**, while money is in hold. Brands with many rejected disputes can lose dispute rights. 5. **Honest numbers.** Every budget, payout and leaderboard figure shown is real. --- URL: https://www.viewzar.com/help/verified-views-and-fraud Audience: everyone ## Verified views and fraud checks A verified view comes from Instagram's own data for a registered account and passes our fraud checks. Signals such as sudden spikes, very low engagement or duplicated content send a reel to a person for review. Bought views mean a permanent ban. ## What counts as a verified view - It is read from Instagram's official data for a creator's registered, public account. - It is on an approved reel, during its tracking period. - It passes our fraud checks. Screenshots and scraped numbers never count. ## What our checks look for - A sudden jump in views far beyond the reel's normal pattern. - Very low likes, comments, shares and saves for the number of views. - Views far out of line with the account's followers. - An audience that is mostly outside India. - Accounts that share payout details or sign-up details with others. - The same video posted again, by the same or other people. A reel that trips these checks is reviewed by a person while its money is still in the hold. If a dispute or review is open on it, its earnings in hold are frozen until it is resolved. ## Consequences Bought views, bots, fake accounts and stolen content mean an immediate, permanent ban, and unpaid earnings are voided. Lesser problems lead to warnings or strikes. See [Strikes and warnings](/help/strikes). Brands are protected twice: by these checks, and by their right to dispute while money is in hold.
